The Company does not permit individuals under 18 to use the Service. Your access to and use of the Service also requires Your compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company. Languages
Guidance is in English and Icelandic by standard. For drivers, no other languages are available.
Insurance, Visas, and Passports
We highly recommend that all of our passengers have valid travel insurance when traveling the world to minimize unforeseeable losses during your travel. Iceland Lux Experiences does not offer travel insurance. Please contact your nearest consulate of Iceland to check your entry requirements (Visa).Please note that Iceland Lux Experiences does not refund a tour should your visa not be sufficient upon arrival in Iceland.
Passengers with Special Needs
Please notify us as soon as possible if a passenger has special needs or requests. We always try our best to help our customers with their requests. Iceland Lux Experiences, unfortunately, cannot accommodate passengers with special needs in our cars. However, many of our sightseeing spots are wheelchair accessible. Please send us an email to

Special Offers and Promotional Codes
Please note that you have to apply special offers such as promotional codes before completing the order. These codes cannot be applied to a booking after it has been paid. Promotional codes must be entered into the relevant field in the payment process, before completing the order. Iceland Lux Experiences cannot refund an order so it can be booked again because the promotional codes were forgotten.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Limitation of Liability
Regardless of any damages You may incur, the Company's and its suppliers' total liability under any provision of these Terms, and Your exclusive remedy for all such matters, shall be limited to the amount paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if no purchase has been made through the Service. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, under no circumstances shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy arising from or related to Service use, third-party software, and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or any provision of these Terms. This holds true even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Consequently, some of the above limitations may not apply. In such cases, each party's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all faults and defects, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, on its behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties. These include express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, concerning the Service. The disclaimer encompasses all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with Icelandic law. Any disputes arising out or in connection with this agreement shall exclusively be submitted to and dealt with by the district court of Reykjavík.
